The customer’s informational technology is management to:
- Offer IT services to the customers’ users under the quality standards marked by the strategic direction.
- Evaluate the necessary investments in the client’s computer system to meet the pre-established objectives in the definition of the service.
- Carry out IT’s investment plan
Part-time assignment of a person whose profile is determined in the definition of the service by both parties and whose main task is to be the Service Manager and intended to perform proactive and reactive actions. The assignment may be for days, half-days or a predefined pattern.
The person in charge of the service or operations will have direct dependency with the IT Department of Qaracter, and will be supervised by the strategic direction of the client.
Full-time assignment of a person with a profile to be determined by both parties with face-to-face assistance to carry out proactive and reactive actions.
The person may have a direct dependence on the strategic direction of the client or the IT address of Qaracter.
