In compliance with the information duty established in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD), BLUEIT SERVICIOS PROFESIONALES, S.L, Qaracter Tecnología y Operaciones, S.L, BPO Imagina Outsourcing, S.L, QARACTER FINANCIAL HOLDING SL., 2C CASADO CONSULTING SL, hereinafter referred to as the Co-controllers, wish to inform users of this social network about the policy regarding the processing and protection of personal data of those individuals who voluntarily access and use the official page of the Co-controllers. The user is advised that all information and content published on the official page of the Co-controllers on the social network may be known by other users of the official page and the social network's platform. Therefore, all information and content published by the user on the official page of the Co-controllers on this social network will be communicated to other users due to the nature of the service. The Co-controllers only plan to make transfers or communications of data required by current regulations to judges, courts, public administrations, and competent administrative authorities.

6. Other third-party service providers

The Co-controllers inform the user that these entities are only responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, security, and processing of data in accordance with this policy regarding the personal data collected from the user through this official page on this social network. They have no responsibility for the treatments and subsequent uses of personal data that may be carried out by the owner of the social network or other third-party service providers of the information society who may access such data due to the provision of their services or the exercise of their activity, or for third parties to whom the Co-controllers refer the users adhered to this official page through hyperlinks.

7. Data quality

The Co-controllers inform the user that, except in the case of legally constituted representation, no user can use another person's identity or communicate their personal data. Therefore, the user must always take into account that they can only provide personal data corresponding to their own identity, which are adequate, relevant, current, accurate, and true. In any case, the user must respect the privacy of third parties, whether they are users or not of the social network or the official page of the Co-controllers on it.

The Co-controllers may modify and/or replace this policy at any time, which, depending on the case, will replace, complete, and/or modify the currently published policy. Therefore, the user should periodically access it to stay updated. The user can contact the Co-controllers through the internal messaging service of the social network. Likewise, the user can consult the rules and policies published by the owner of the social network for its use.
